Skin Care Success with Sulfur
Sulfur has been used since ancient times for the skin. It is extremely beneficial, improves skin health, kills bacteria, and is one of the best treatments for acne and oily skin. As someone with that exact skin type, I can attest to the accuracy of that. I highly recommend others with this skin type try it out for themselves. There will be a very noticeable difference after the first use, and over time you will experience clearer, brighter, and smoother skin. Sulfur is gentle, yet effective. It will not dehydrate your skin, and will not exacerbate irritation.
There is a fair variety of sulfur or sulfur based skin care products on the market, but there could stand to be a lot more. I’ve compiled some in different price ranges from drugstore to high-end brands. From lowest to highest, here are some of the best out there.

1) AcneFree Therapeutic Sulfur Mask.
This is the most inexpensive on the market, but it’s more than just a reasonable price tag. It is extremely effective and great for anyone whether they’re on a budget or not. One thing that’s great about this particular mask is that it changes color through the process. You apply it to,clean, wet skin and massage it until it turns a light blue. Leave it on for 10 minutes, or until dry, and when it is, it will turn white. Then just rinse. (note: there is sometimes a tight, tingling feeling while the mask is on. It’s usually very tolerable. If you find that it’s not, rinse it off right away)

This mask is fantastic because it dries out existing acne and oil, but also helps to effectively prevent new breakouts, and reduces excess oil. It also contains calamine to soothe skin. It is suitable for all skin types but would be most beneficial to acne prone skin and/or oily skin.

While some products can lose their effectiveness when used often, sulfur seems to be one that doesn’t plateau. It can be used every day, but it’s best to start slow and see how your skin reacts.
Sulfur is also an effective treatment for eczema and psoriasis.
I hope this will encourage you to try sulfur if you’ve been hesitant, or maybe weren’t aware of all the benefits. If you’re looking to see a bigger improvement in your skin, it is definitely worth trying.
